Generation UK & Ireland is seeking a diligent, highly organised self-starter to lead FE college business development and build Generation’s public sector funding pipeline across the UK. The role combines partnership development with strategic outreach and bid preparation.

You will secure college partnerships, tailor the shared-delivery model, and drive tenders for public funding while coordinating with regional leads and the COO. This is a hybrid role requiring regular travel across regions.
