Job Description:
Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Mental Health Nurse to deliver high-standard inpatient care within an acute hospital setting in Chelmsford. You will act as the primary nurse for patient assessment and contribute to care planning in partnership with the multidisciplinary team.
The role requires current NMC registration and active involvement with the Mental Health Act 1983 and Care Programme Approach.
