Insurance Building Surveyor – Claims & Loss Assessment

Exchange Street Executive Search has partnered with a client in London to recruit an experienced Building Surveyor covering the M25 ring. You will assess claims arising from perils, manage subsidence projects, and direct contractors from damage assessment through to final reporting.

The role requires a Building Surveying degree and ideally MRICS/MCIOB status, with strong CAD skills and excellent communication abilities.
