Hull City Council seeks an Assistant Legal Officer to join the Construction Hub within the Property & Commercial Team. You will manage a caseload of both contentious and non-contentious matters, supporting the Legal Officer and Lawyers and handling a range of property, planning, licensing, contracts and compliance work.
The role involves drafting, preparing, and processing legal documents, preparing court proceedings, and representing the Council in court where authorised.
