Thirteen Group is seeking a Supported Housing Worker to join our team at Penrith Road, Middlesbrough. This 33-hour per week role operates on a four-week rota, including sleepovers, evenings, weekends and bank holidays, providing practical and emotional support to families facing homelessness.
You will develop individual support plans, assist with budgeting and tenancy issues, and help families to live more independently.
