Compassionate Care & Support Worker (2:1) Driver

ILS Case Management is seeking dedicated Support Workers to assist Jamie at home. You will work under a Case Manager to deliver compassionate, person-centred care, including personal care and mobility support, to enable Jamie to lead a fulfilling life.

Role requires patience, reliability, and flexibility for shifts across days and weekends, with sleep-in duties possible. Vehicle use and driving licence are advantageous as Jamie’s care includes community activities.
