ASYE Programme Lead – Social Work Development

The EAST LONDON NHS FOUNDATION TRUST is recruiting an ASYE Coordinator to support the Pan London ASYE Programme, coordinating with ELFT and NHS trusts across London, Luton and Bedfordshire. The post holder will lead induction of NQSWs, student social workers and social work apprentices, provide coaching and reflective supervision, and oversee placements and practice education.

The role focuses on developing training, assessing progress, and driving continuous improvement in social care learning.
