Deputy Service Manager — Lead Residential Care & Growth

Voyage Care is seeking a Deputy Service Manager in Dinnington, near Rotherham, to lead a residential service and support a fantastic group of people. You will develop person-centred plans, conduct needs assessments, recruit and induct staff, and support the Registered Manager in daily operations.

You will also supervise and appraise staff, complete medication competencies and audits, attend MDT meetings, and participate in on-call rotations.
