SHEQ Advisor — Safety, Compliance & Risk Lead

Ipsum in Sidcup is seeking a dedicated SHEQ Advisor to ensure compliance with our SHEQ management systems and legislative obligations. You will coach staff, perform audits and inspections, and drive continuous improvement to strengthen our safety culture.

The role requires NEBOSH certification (Diploma a plus) and IOSH membership, with further professional development supported. Regular travel to sites is expected, and you will work closely with the Divisional Head of SHEQ and client teams.
