Full time hours on a temporarybasis

• To lead and develop compliance processes across recruitment, onboarding and workforce engagement activities, ensuring all practices are compliant with legislative, regulatory and organisational requirements. The postholder will act as the subject matter expert for IR35, right to work, Home Office sponsorship, DBS and safer recruitment compliance, providing advice, guidance and assurance to managers and HR colleagues while promoting a culture of best practice and risk awareness.
