Customer Account Executive – Waste Solutions & Growth

Reconomy Connect in Bristol is seeking a Customer Account Executive to join our Customer Experience team. You will be the primary contact for SME clients, handling inquiries mainly by email with some calls and ensuring services run smoothly while resolving issues.

You will learn our waste and recycling solutions, identify new sales opportunities, support Account Managers with contract mobilisation, and use IT systems to manage customer interactions accurately.
