HR Advisor | Payroll, Recruitment & Employee Experience

KAT Recruitment is recruiting an HR Advisor for a leading Food Manufacturing client based at their Head Office in Barnstaple. The role covers payroll, recruitment, employee relations, training and HR projects across UK sites, with 35 hours per week (8-4 or 9-5).

Salary £32k-£37k depending on experience. The role requires UK employment legislation knowledge and at least 2 years payroll experience, with CIPD desirable.
