Strategic School HR Manager (Term-Time)

Engage Partners Limited is assisting an independent school in Chislehurst to recruit an experienced HR Manager. This role provides strategic leadership and operational management of the school’s HR function, working closely with the Head, Bursar and Senior Management Team to ensure effective HR across the school.

The post is 35 hours per week across 43 weeks per year (term time plus 7 weeks) with a salary range of £44,051 to £49,117, dependent on experience.
