Job Description:
EMBS Engineering, a long-established family-run engineering and fabrication business near Wellingborough, is seeking an HSE and HR Manager to own both functions. In a hands-on role, you’ll split time between the shop floor and the office, reporting to Directors and the Company Accountant, with autonomy to implement improvements.
The role requires NEBOSH General Certificate and strong knowledge of UK HSE and employment law, plus end-to-end ER experience.
