Key duties and responsibilities of the Event Sales Manager:

• Drive enquiries, conversions, and revenue.
• Manage the full client journey, achieving sales targets.
• Conduct show rounds, site inspections, and consultations.
• Prepare proposals, contracts, and documentation.
• Build relationships with clients and generate leads.
• Lead planning meetings and final details appointments.
• Collaborate with operational departments for seamless delivery.
• Maintain CRM records and oversee event administration.
• Analyse sales performance and strategies.
• Mentor and support Events Team members.
• Attend trade shows and events.
• Deliver exceptional hospitality and service.

Skills and experience:

• Minimum three years’ experience in wedding and event sales.
• Strong understanding of the luxury market.
• Knowledge of MICE and corporate events is a plus.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Experience with CRM and event management systems.
• Exceptional organisational and detail-oriented skills.
