Norse is seeking a Senior Buyer to lead end‑to‑end procurement from concept to award, including market analysis, sourcing, tendering and contract implementation. You will manage supplier relationships, ensure value for money and drive procurement projects across the Alliance Norse (Buxton) and Norwich locations.
The role requires experience in construction procurement, JCT contracts, and public sector tendering, with MRICS/AssIRCs desirable.
