Our client in Central Newport is looking for a solicitor with 5 plus years PQE to join their growing company/commercial team.

You will specialise in company sales / purchases, business sales/ purchases, corporate reconstructions, shareholder agreements.

You will be innovative, committed and dynamic, able to work with limited supervision and have good business development and client care skills.

The team is client focused and exceeding client expectations is their top priority. The working environment is friendly and flexible. Excellent IT skills are essential.
