People & Culture HR Partner — ER Specialist (Hospitality)

Castlebridge Hospitality is seeking an experienced People Professional to join our People & Culture Team, delivering remote and on-site HR generalist support with a strong focus on employee relations (ER). You will advise on absence management, probation, disciplinary processes, TUPE, investigations and flexible working requests across our hotels and restaurants.

We are looking for an organised, proactive HR professional who can partner with on-site managers and promote a culture of development.
