Production Shift Lead – Food Manufacturing (6am–2pm)

The Sterling Choice is recruiting a Production Shift Manager for a Cambridge area site. You will lead a small team on a food manufacturing shift, focusing on developing people, improving line performance and solving issues to ensure smooth production.

You’ll join a site backed by a large parent company with five-year investment plans, automation projects and new products. The role runs 6am–2pm, Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday cover a couple of times a year.
