Recruitment Coordinator

Recruiting tomorrow’s Army today. Be the best to support the best! Supporting candidates throughout their bespoke recruitment journey to join the British Army as Recruiter in Middlesbrough. You will take responsibility for delivering diverse and inclusive attraction and recruiting activities in the local area. Delivering exceptional solution focused customer service which is tightly measured against targets and candidate feedback. This is a Fixed Term Contract until 28th February 2027.

What you’ll be doing:

• Interviewing candidates and working consultatively to support them throughout their bespoke recruitment journey
• Providing an exceptional candidate experience
• Running online/virtual events to promote careers in the British Army
• Managing relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
• Supporting candidates with their recruitment journey, face to face, via telephone or video link
• Experience of providing excellent Customer Service
• IT Literate using Microsoft Office Suite, Familiarity with Army Careers and/or experience of recruitment, would be an advantage

Our team are constantly improving the entire recruitment and selection process for both the Regular Army and the Reserves.
