Primary Care Clinical Pharmacist – 12-Month Maternity Cover

Hillton Primary Care Network in Bedford is seeking an enthusiastic clinical pharmacist to work across the practices on a 12-month maternity contract. This full-time role (37.5 hours per week) will commence in January 2027 and involves autonomous clinical work within a supportive multidisciplinary team.

You will deliver medicines optimisation, structured medication reviews, and Safe prescribing processes across transfer of care, with training provided on local services.
