Avery Healthcare is seeking a warm, enthusiastic Unit Manager – Clinical for Abbey Court Care Home in Heath Hayes, Cannock. You will lead a team of nurses and carers to deliver high quality, compassionate care in a safe and inclusive environment for residents, visitors and staff.

With an active NMC PIN, NVQ3 in care, at least two years’ care home experience, and strong communication skills, you will support management in care planning, medication systems, and staffing rotas.
