As Deputy Manager, you’ll support the Registered Manager to ensure exceptional, person-centred care is delivered to the people living here, enabling them to live independently while receiving the exact package of support that they need. Here, residents enjoy both vibrant community connections and the independence of their own space – and you’ll play a vital role in making that possible. In this role, you will:
- Foster an open, supportive culture that empowers your team to deliver high-quality, person-led support.
- Lead with passion and professionalism, supporting people living with
- Champion quality and continuous improvement across all areas of service delivery.
- Build meaningful relationships with your team, families, and the local community. Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care (Level 5 desirable or working towards)
- Proven experience in team leadership and operational management
