Sales Administrator | Housebuilding & CRM Specialist

untypical are an ambitious, customer focused housebuilder with a focus on people and the planet. We’re looking for a capable Sales Administrator to join our Western region office in Exeter, on a permanent basis, to support the sales team with day-to-day admin and customer service.

You will manage reservations, maintain price lists, and help ensure smooth progression from contract to completion while delivering excellent service to customers and colleagues.
