As a Technical Placement Student, you’ll gain hands‑on experience across all areas of a modern food manufacturing technical function. Working alongside experienced Technical, Quality and Operational teams, you’ll develop an understanding of how safe, legal and high‑quality products are produced, while gaining valuable insight into the journey from farm to fork.
- Food Safety & Quality – supporting the systems and processes that ensure products meet the highest food safety and quality standards.
- Customer & Retailer Requirements – helping to ensure products meet customer specifications and compliance standards.
- Auditing & Compliance – participating in internal audits, factory inspections and continuous improvement activities.
- Product & Process Evaluation – assisting with product assessments, investigations and quality monitoring across the manufacturing process.
- Technical Projects – supporting real business projects focused on quality, innovation and operational excellence.
