Transport Shift Lead

Are you an experienced transport leader ready to drive performance across a busy logistics operation? This permanent Transport Shift Lead opportunity at our Müller Market Drayton Depot will see you lead by example, coach and develop your team, and drive continuous improvement across our transport operations.,

• Lead your team to deliver OGSM objectives, goals, strategies and measures.
• Drive operational excellence through KPI management, Daily Operations Reviews and performance coaching.
• Manage performance reviews, development plans, employee relations and succession planning effectively.
• Champion health and safety, leading investigations and promoting a strong safety culture.
• Ensure legal and audit compliance across shift operations and lead the team in meet DTAS best-practice criteria.
• Collaborate across departments to improve business performance and act as the escalation point for farm services issues.
• Promote and embed MMID behaviours throughout the team.Proven experience in a transport or logistics leadership role.
• Strong leadership skills, with a passion for coaching and developing teams.
• A proactive approach and commitment to continuous improvement.
• A solid understanding of inbound operations.
• A CPC in Transport Management is desirable.Shift pattern 4 on, 4 off -18:00pm – 06:00am
