Plumber – Social Housing (NW London) | Company Vehicle

Build Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced plumber for social housing maintenance in North West London (Brent, Barnet, Islington). The role is a long-term contract with a salary of £38,000–£40,000, plus call-out and overtime (£10k–£15k) and a company vehicle/fuel card.

You will perform reactive and planned maintenance in occupied properties, ensuring high quality work and excellent tenant service, with daily reports via PDA/mobile system.
