Junior Account Executive – Uncapped OTE in Logistics

Flourish is seeking an entry-level Account Executive to cover the West Midlands region from Birmingham. The role includes owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and account development, with uncapped OTE and a base salary of £30,000–£35,000.

You will be meeting clients in person, generating new business, and managing relationships with customers to meet KPI targets. A UK driving licence is essential for travel across the region.
