Ourclient, a well-established and welcoming day nursery, is seekinga very experienced and passionate Nursery Deputy Manager to join theirleadership team. This is a supernumerary role, based in Beckenham, supporting the Manager in running a very large setting. You will need to be doing a similar role or perhaps a manager of a small setting looking to work in a very large setting. 40 Hrs a week, monday to friday salary is depending on experience up to £45k with great benefits

Requirements

Essential for the Nursery Deputy Manager Role

• A minimum Level 3 Early Years / Childcare qualification (full and relevant)
• A minimum 3 years’ experience leading or supporting a team in anursery or early years setting
• Has experience of being in a management role, supporting thenursery in the absence of the Manager
• Strong knowledge of EYFS, Ofsted requirements, and safeguarding practices
• Support and supervise staff while delivering high-quality care and education across the nursery setting
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures within the setting
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff inthe nursery setting
