CRM Manager: Personalised Lifecycle Marketing (Hybrid)

Pontoon is seeking an experienced CRM Manager to drive engagement, retention and loyalty across UK and EEA markets. You will design, deliver and optimise multi-channel campaigns using customer data to create personalised experiences throughout the journey.

This hybrid role requires hands-on CRM expertise, lifecycle marketing, segmentation and compliant campaigns in fintech or financial services. Collaboration with Growth, Product and Data teams is key.
