Senior Ward Manager – Inpatient Mental Health (RMN)

EPUT is hiring for a Deputy Ward Manager (RMN) to oversee care assessments and develop, implement and evaluate programmes of care for mental health service users. The role works under Clinical Manager/Matron supervision with autonomous responsibilities and support where needed.

The post holder will train and educate learners, promote integration with community services, and contribute to ongoing audits and improvements within inpatient wards.
