Fabric Maintenance Engineer – PPM & Repairs

Options Resourcing Ltd in Birmingham is recruiting an experienced Fabric Engineer to join a site-based maintenance team. You will carry out planned preventative maintenance, reactive repairs and general building fabric works across a range of buildings.

The role requires a City & Guilds level apprenticeship, at least three years’ post-apprenticeship maintenance experience, and strong fault-finding skills. You will work independently, keep accurate records and participate in on-call duties.
