Are you looking to start or build your career in childcare? A warm and welcoming nursery in Oldham is seeking a reliable, caring Nursery Assistant to support room staff in delivering high-quality care to babies and young children aged 0-5.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist room staff with daily routines, including meal times, nap times, and outdoor play.




• Prepare resources, set up play spaces, and maintain a safe, hygienic environment.




• Engage actively with children through play, storytelling, and creative arts.




• Follow nursery safeguarding policies and procedures closely.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a childcare, babysitting, or caring environment is desirable.




• A passion for working with young children and supporting their emotional and physical needs.




• Level 2 Early Years qualification is a plus, but entry-level applicants with strong motivation will be considered.




• Enhanced DBS check required.
