Store Deputy Manager: Lead Team & Drive KPIs

schuh is looking for a Deputy Manager to join our Leicester store. This 37.5 hour role supports coaching and developing the team, leading junior managers and sales colleagues, and delivering outstanding customer experiences on the high street.

You will recruit, train and set goals, driving KPIs and operational excellence while promoting the schuh brand and standards. A strong track record in retail leadership is preferred.
