What we’re looking for?

If this is still sounding like a bit of you, we do need you to have a few skills to get started as Call Hub Advisor. These include:

• Previous telephony and administration is advantageous but not essential
• High level of customer service experience
• Working in a fast – paced environment
• Organisational skills
• Good telephone manner
• Desire to learn and progress
• Friendly persona
