Grill Chef Lead – High-Volume British Kitchen (Weekend)

H&C Solutions seeks a Grill Chef for a permanent role in London, near St Katharine’s Dock (E1). The successful candidate will manage the grill section, cooking prime cuts of meat and fish for a British menu in an award-winning neighbourhood restaurant and cocktail bar serving 150 covers daily, rising to 220–240 at weekends.

With a brigade of over fifteen and weekend work, you will ensure consistency under volume, lead the grill team, and contribute to a stylish dining experience.
