Streamtime is hiring a Growth Consultant!

What you’ll be doing:

• Qualifying leads for fit and size of opportunity
• Taking introduction calls to understand a customer’s needs, pain points and jobs to be done
• Providing online demonstrations to new customers of potential workflows in Streamtime relating to their needs
• Working with your Success and Adoption colleagues to provide support to leads and customers with more complex challenges and workflows
• Updating systems and trackers with data that helps us to make better decisions related to growing revenue
• Contributing to improvements in working relationships and processes within the CS and broader Streamtime teams
• Sharing customer feedback and discovered competitors uncovered through conversations with leads

Experience that helps:

• Passion for the creative industry and client success
• 2+ years in sales/account/customer success role in a Similar SaaS company and/or project/account management in a creative agency. Please note this experience required is equivalent to a junior role / salary.
• Demonstrated exceptional customer negotiation and problem solving skills from previous employment
• Self-motivated, team-oriented, very responsible, and focused on exceeding expectations
• Understanding of project management software, terminology, concepts and strategies
