Shift Leader | Customer-First Retail Operations Champion

One Stop, a subsidiary of Tesco, is seeking a Shift Leader to manage daily store operations, coach a team, and ensure a high standard of customer service. You will oversee opening/closing, safety, and stock replenishment while maintaining a welcoming store environment.

You will act as the go-to person in the Store Manager’s absence, support events, and continuously look for ways to improve service and efficiency in-store.
