Site Manager – Civil Engineering

FREELANCE SITE MANAGER REQUIRED – ESSEX

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join a major construction project in Essex.

Location: Essex

Rate: £300 per day

Start: Immediate

Basis: Freelance / Contract

PTS: Not required

The Role

The successful Site Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to programme.

Key requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager within civil engineering/construction
• Strong site management and leadership skills
• SMSTS
• CSCS Manager/Supervisor-level card
• Able to manage subcontractors, labour, plant and materials
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Rail experience advantageous but not essential
• PTS is NOT required
• Available for an immediate start £300 per day
• Location: Essex
• Immediate start
