We’re looking for ambitious ex‑athletes to join our Medical Technology & Engineering Recruitment team as Recruitment Consultants.
No recruitment experience is required. We’ll provide the training, tools and coaching — you bring the mentality.
Recruitment is fast‑paced, target‑driven and relationship‑focused. You’ll connect talented professionals with innovative companies across the medical technology and engineering sectors, while developing your own specialist market expertise.

The Role
- Building relationships with candidates and clients across medical technology and engineering.
- Sourcing, interviewing and qualifying candidates.
- Developing your own network within your specialist market.
- Managing the recruitment process from start to finish.
- Understanding clients’ hiring needs and delivering the right talent.
- Negotiating salaries and managing offers.
- Developing new business opportunities.
- Working towards individual and team targets.
- Becoming a specialist within your chosen market.
What We’re Looking For
- A background in competitive sport – professional, semi‑professional, university or academy level.
