Overview ofthe Role
We are seeking a proactive, highly drivenBusiness Analyst to join our team on amajor digital transformation program operating in a fast-pacedAgile environment. In this role, you will bridge old and new waysof working, driving the transition toward continuous lifecycledelivery, rapid iterations, and constant featureenhancements.
You will join a well-established,collaborative team of BAs. This role requires someone who can hitthe ground running with zero hand-holding—we need an individual whounderstands the complexities of transaction banking, takes fullownership of outcomes, and focuses on delivering high-impactresults from day one.
KeySkills
DomainExpertise: Strong domain knowledge inTransaction Banking, GTB (Global TransactionBanking), and Corporate Payments. Experience withtransaction-related initiatives, tokenisation, digital wallets, andcryptocurrency is highlydesirable.
Agile& Delivery Mastery: Proven expertise in Agilemethodologies, writing clear, actionable UserStories, and managing backlogs withinJira.
Dual-FocusDelivery: Demonstrated ability to balance bothcompliance mapping requirements andpure product featuredevelopment.
Stakeholder& Cross-Functional Management: Exceptionalstakeholder management skills with a track record of seamlesslycollaborating with Product Owners, Testers, Developers, and seniorbusinessleaders.
ProactiveOwnership: Self-starter mindset—able to navigatecomplex environments, take complete initiative, and drive projectsto completion without needing upfronttraining.
KeyResponsibilities
Translate complexbusiness requirements into clear, concise User Stories andacceptance criteria within Jira for immediate engineeringexecution.
Map and documentthe transition from legacy systems and “old ways of working” intomodern, Agile digitalworkflows.
Lead end-to-endbusiness analysis for GTB, Corporate Payments, and transactionbanking projects (including tokenisation and digital walletsolutions).
Drive bothregulatory/compliance mapping and innovative product featuredevelopmentside-by-side.
Work embeddedalongside Product Owners to prioritize features, manage iterations,and refine the productbacklog.
Collaborate closelywith QA and testing teams to ensure deliverables align withbusiness outcomes and meet high qualitystandards.
Manage keyinternal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment on programscope, milestones, anddeliverables.
