Outbound Sales Executive

Excel Recruitment is excited to announce an opportunity for an Outbound Sales Executive on a permanent, full-time basis in Newry, with a salary of £29,000 per year, bonus scheme and additional staff benefits.

You must have experience in Outbound Sales and Cold Calling. Only candidates who have this experience will be contacted.

• A leading provider of fuel and fleet mobility solutions, supporting commercial transport operators across Ireland, the UK, and mainland Europe. They offer a comprehensive suite of services to keep fleets efficient and compliant, including multi-network fuel cards, bulk fuel delivery, advanced telematics, toll solutions, and VAT reclaim.

The Job:

• The Outbound Sales Executive will engage with potential clients to introduce products, such as fuel cards and breakdown assistance through cold calling.
• Build meaningful relationships by understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.
• Contribute to business growth by securing new clients and nurturing existing relationships, while meeting and exceeding sales targets.

The Person:

• Experienced in outbound sales/cold calling, with a knack for building rapport and closing deals over the phone.
• Target-driven, passionate, and committed to exceeding goals.
• Strong time-management and interpersonal skills, thriving in a busy team environment.
• Excellent organisational skills with clear written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in MS Office and familiar with CRM systems.
