About you
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in HR practice, employment law, and employee relations
- CIPD-qualified or willing to work towards this qualification
- Excellent communication skills, able to articulate complex concepts simply
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly
- Discreet, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Highly organised with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
- Willingness to travel to client sites as required
