Process Operative needed in Bourton-on-the-Water. Paying: £12.71ph, increased to £13.45ph after full company training, Working Pattern: 4-day working week, Monday to Thursday 06:00 – 16:00. Immediate start available for the right candidate following We are currently recruiting for process operatives to join our manufacturing client based in Bourton-on-the-Water on a temporary assignment. This role involves assembling high-quality medical devices within a controlled cleanroom environment, ensuring products are manufactured to the highest quality standards, including some labelling, basic assembly and packing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assembling precision components and medical devices within a cleanroom environment
- Following strict manufacturing procedures, GMP standards and quality requirements
- Meeting production targets while maintaining high levels of accuracy
- Working efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Ensuring all work meets quality and compliance requirements
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to support production goals
Skills & Requirements:
- Previous production or manufacturing experience preferred (training provided)
- Excellent attention to detail, dexterity and patience
- Ability to work at pace and meet tight deadlines
- Good manual dexterity and ability to work with small components
- Ability to work independently under minimal supervision
- Reliable with strong timekeeping and work ethic
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Positive, hardworking attitude and willingness to learn
