Regional Area Manager – Elder Care (4 Homes)

Cynergy Group is seeking an experienced Area Manager to oversee four residential care homes across Essex (Westcliff-on-Sea, Southend-on-Sea and Loughton). The role combines operational leadership, quality improvement and coaching.

You will travel regularly between services, support Home Managers, drive CQC compliance and service development, with a salary up to £60,000 per annum and mileage expenses.
