Senior Fund Finance Associate (6+ PQE)

A premier US law firm with a globally recognised private capital offering is looking to appoint a Senior Fund Finance Associate (6+ PQE) to its high-performing London team.
This firm has one of the deepest benches in fund finance globally, with a standout reputation across subscription credit facilities, NAV facilities, hybrid deals, GP support lines, and preferred equity structures.
The London office continues to experience strong client demand, advising banks, credit funds, and fund sponsors on the full spectrum of fund finance transactions, often as part of cross-border mandates involving New York and other global offices.
This is a key strategic hire to help drive the continued growth of the London platform.
Role Highlights:
- Take a lead role on complex bilateral and syndicated facilities, with responsibility for negotiation, structuring and client relationships.
- Mentor junior associates and contribute to business development initiatives.

Candidate Requirements:
- 6+ PQE, ideally gained within a top-tier fund finance or banking & finance practice.
- Extensive experience acting for lenders and/or sponsors in fund finance transactions.
- Strong technical ability, commercial instinct, and confidence managing deal teams and client relationships.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and appetite to contribute to a growing platform.
