HVAC Territory Field Sales Lead – London & Home Counties

TRS (Technical Recruitment Solutions) is seeking an Area Sales Manager – HVAC to drive growth across London and the Home Counties. You will build and manage a portfolio of accounts, identify opportunities, and expand the contractor market with M&E/HVAC relationships. A strong field-based presence and autonomy are essential.

Salary £45,000–£50,000+ DOE, plus car allowance and benefits. You will spend most of your time in the market meeting customers and developing long-term pipeline.
