Literacy Support Tutor (Phonics/Lexonics)

Red Star Pathways is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant for a secondary school in East London to provide targeted literacy support, focusing on reading, spelling and phonics-based learning.

The successful candidate will have experience with Lexonics or similar structured literacy programmes and will support students with SEND, working with teachers and the SEN team to address learning needs and track progress.
