We’re working with a well-established Belfast law firm that is looking to add an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor to its busy and supportive Property team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a residential conveyancing solicitor looking for quality work, genuine autonomy and a strong pipeline of work already in place.
You’ll manage your own caseload from instruction through to completion, supported by an experienced team and established processes, within a firm that places a strong emphasis on client service and long-term career development.
The Role
You’ll handle a varied residential conveyancing caseload, including:
- Managing residential sales, purchases and remortgages.
- Advising clients throughout the conveyancing process.
- Drafting and reviewing contracts and title documentation.
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other relevant parties.
- Progressing files efficiently and managing key deadlines.
- Ensuring work is completed to the required legal and regulatory standards.
- Building strong and lasting client relationships.
