The role is focused on commercial contracts, serving as the primary legal contact for Sales and RevOps, and managing vendor agreements. The position reports to the VP, General Counsel.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead sales contract work and manage day-to-day deal flow.
• Review and negotiate vendor agreements in collaboration with the Procurement Manager.
• Draft and negotiate commercial agreements including Order Forms, Terms, and NDAs.
• Utilize Ironclad for contracting workflows.
